Groups of 20 or more
A non-refundable deposit of $1500 and a signed contract are required to secure lodging
50% of lodging cost is due 120 days prior to arrival
100% of lodging cost is due 60 days prior to arrival
During ski season, new groups staying 3 or more nights receive a complimentary welcome reception hosted by your Group Sales Representative and Mountain Ambassadors and a $1000 transportation contribution (must book by June 30 the summer prior; some restrictions apply, ask your Group Sales Rep for details).
